DOCUMENT EXAMINATION FEES

 Minimum Retainer Fee (nonrefundable) covers  first four (4) hours $500.00		  Additional fee per hour $125.00
 Deposition or court appearance:
minimum one-half day $500.00
 Day set aside for court appearance $1,000.00		  Travel Expenses
 Automobile mileage (per mile) $0.45
 Rate for out-of-town travel (per hour) $75.00


Document and handwriting examination fees can include initial consultation, preliminary opinion, written opinion, case review, technical investigation, report preparation, and pre-court conferences.

The minimum retainer fee is due and payable prior to examination and is nonrefundable regardless of the opinion provided or the actual time spent on the case.  Balance of fee due upon presentation of findings.  Client is responsible for any travel costs associated with this case.  Fees may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis upon prior arrangement.
