EXPERIENCE

1997-Present: Professional document examination consultation has been provided to the South Tucson Police Department, Cochise County Legal Defender, Indigent Defense Services, Office of Court Appointed Counsel, and attorneys, businesses, and individuals throughout the U.S. Consultation has been provided to clients internationally in Ireland and Mexico. Experience has included examination on the following types of document cases:

Questioned signatures on wills, contracts, checks, loan documents, affidavits, deeds, etc.
Questioned handwriting on letters, envelopes, ledgers, invoices, receipts, etc.
Investigation of anonymous notes to individuals
Personnel investigation of anonymous communications in the workplace
Gang writing and encoded communications
Alterations to documents, journals, ledgers, pre-printed forms
Authentication of historical documents
Decipherment of illegible handwriting
Print process identification
Writing instruments

1988-1997: Provided pro bono consultation to businesses, attorneys, and individuals regarding handwriting and document examination on questioned signatures, deeds, anonymous letters, autographs, contracts, historical documents. Started Spectrum Consultants in 1995.

COURT TESTIMONY

Since 1998, Ms. Harralson has testified in both civil and criminal cases (county and state) regarding authentication of signatures and handwriting on insurance forms, employment forms, receipts, consent forms, purchase agreements, promissory notes, journal entries, executive orders, identification of handwriting on anonymous notes, and document alterations on deeds and receipts. She has also testified in international criminal proceedings.
